Classes and activities

All classes start in May for the summer season.


Aquafit

Mondays 6.30 – 7.30pm

Aquafit is a fun aqua aerobics class that helps to tone and shape your body with no impact to your joints. Increase your stamina, tone up your body and decrease your stress levels. It’s great fun and fantastic for your overall cardio well-being.


Aqua Circuits

Wednesdays 6.30 – 7.30pm

Aqua circuits is a resistance training workout in the water, designed to improve your fitness. It’s a more targeted workout than Aquafit, without the dance to music element. Equivalent to circuits in the gym, we use weights and floats and move between stations to tone specific muscle groups.


Junior Swim Club

Thursdays 4.30 – 5.30pm

This is for children aged 8-18 – designed to build stamina and improve technique. Swim teachers/coaches available at every session to set programme. A fun filled, get fit session.

Minimum requirement: must be able to swim a length or more of front crawl with face in breathing.


Adult Swim Club

Thursday 5.45 – 6.45pm

This is for over 18's – designed to build stamina and improve technique. Swim teachers/coaches available at every session to set programme. A fun filled, get fit session.

Minimum requirement: must be able to swim a length or more of front crawl with face in breathing.


Bootcamp

Saturdays 7 – 8am

Join us in the park and poolside for a fitness boot camp with a difference. Our group exercise class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, we will help you push yourself just that little bit further.


Rookie Lifeguard

Sundays 12.30 – 1.30pm

A great way for kids to stay safe and have fun in the water.
